Style of Therapy
I enjoy supporting adults through a person-centered, strengths-based approach paired with strategies from
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy),
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and trauma-informed care.
I strive to create a warm, trusting, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, disabilities, and socioeconomic statuses feel supported, safe, and heard.
I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, so I work alongside clients to create goals that are uniquely tailored to them.
Outside the Office
When I’m not in the office you can find me cuddling with my two cats, Cheddar & Swiss or planning my next travel adventures.
I enjoy reading, hiking, concerts, and exploring new places, experiences, and cuisines.
Lexi holds therapy sessions in person in Madison and via telehealth
for Wisconsin residents.
